When a form wants both together

Many exam and recruitment forms ask for a photo and a signature, sometimes as separate files and sometimes as a single combined image. Preparing both — the right size, the right file size, the signature cleaned — is fiddly to do by hand in a photo editor.

This tool cleans your signature (background removed, ink sharpened, trimmed) and can stack it underneath your passport photo in one tidy sheet with labels, ready to upload. You can also export the signature on its own at the exact size and file size the form specifies.

How to make a photo + signature sheet

1. Open your signature. Drag a photo or scan of your signature onto the tool and clean it up.
2. Turn on the sheet. Enable 'Photo + signature sheet' in the controls.
3. Add your photo. Choose your passport photo; the tool places it above the cleaned signature.
4. Download. Save the combined sheet, or download the signature on its own at the required size.

Check what the form actually wants

Some forms want one combined image; others want the photo and signature as two separate files at specific sizes. This tool produces both — use the combined sheet when allowed, or export the cleaned signature alone (with a width and KB target) when they must be separate.
