What it does

Cleans your signature and can stack it underneath your passport photo in one tidy, labelled sheet sized for exam-form uploads — or exports the cleaned signature on its own at the size the form lists.

How it works

The signature gets the same background removal, ink boost, and trim as everywhere else, then the sheet builder places your passport photo above the cleaned signature in a single image; each part can also be exported separately with its own width and KB target.

One combined image when the form accepts a single file, or the photo and the cleaned signature as two separate files at their own sizes when the form wants them apart — the tool produces both.

Practical tips

• Check the form carefully: some want one combined photo-plus-signature image, others want the photo and signature as two separate files at specific pixel and KB sizes.
• Sign in dark ink on white paper and capture the photo against a plain, evenly lit background so both halves of the sheet come out clean.
• Passport-photo boxes are typically near-square (for example around 35 × 45 mm) while signature boxes are small and wide, so prepare each part to its own listed size rather than forcing one shape on both.
