Make an animated GIF from images

A GIF is the simplest way to share a short animation — a step-by-step demo, a before/after, a reaction, or a looping logo. This maker takes the images you choose, in the order you add them, and stitches them into a single animated GIF you can post anywhere.

You control the frame delay (how long each image shows), whether it loops forever or plays once, and the output width. The preview plays the real animation so you can fine-tune the timing before you download.

How to make a GIF from images

  1. Add your images. Drag several onto the tool above (or pick them) in the order you want them to play.
  2. Set the timing. Choose the frame delay and whether the GIF loops, then watch the live preview.
  3. Make & download. Click Make GIF, then download your animation — or save the frames as a ZIP.

Tips for a smooth GIF

More frames and a shorter delay make smoother motion but a bigger file. For a small, shareable GIF, keep the width modest (around 480px) and use just enough frames to convey the motion.

よくある質問

How many images can I use?

As many as you like. Two is enough for a simple flip; more frames make smoother motion at the cost of a larger file.

Can I reorder the frames?

Add them in the order you want them to play. You can remove any frame from the strip and add more at the end.

What frame delay should I use?

Around 100–300 ms per frame is typical. Lower is faster and smoother; higher is a slideshow feel.

Where is my image processed?

The GIF is built in your browser, so the new file is created on your own device. How any data associated with the tool is handled is described in our privacy policy.
